Shipping policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected service.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations from our US-based facility. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning duties, import taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. These charges are assessed by your destination country's customs authority and are outside of our control. We are unable to predict the exact amount — we recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Please note that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected carrier service.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
