Because every piece is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or another solution.

Duties & Taxes Please note that duties, import taxes, and customs fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.
